  • The battery takes 3-5 hours to fully charge.
  • The vacuum can operate for up to 120 minutes on a full charge. Water condition, temperature, debris type and volume affect working time.
  • Always dry the connectors and the pins before connecting the electrical components.
  • If the battery indicator screen shows any color while it is not connected to the adaptor and the power source, it indicates that the charging port and/or pins need to be dried thoroughly and leave it for a while before charging.

Problem: The vacuum can turn on, the battery display shows a blue light, but the impeller is not moving.

Cause: The water sensor is dirty. The water sensor is not touching the water. The vacuum is not fully submerged under the pool water.

Solution: Put the vacuum inside the water to activate the sensor. Clean the water sensor.



Problem: The battery display shows a green light flashing on 1 second interval. The vacuum turns off after few minutes of use.

Cause: The battery is almost discharged.

Solution: Charge the battery until the light of the battery display turns from RED to GREEN color.



Problem: The battery display shows a red light flashing on 1 second interval. The vacuum turns off during operation.

Cause: The impeller is clogged by debris. It turns off to protect the motor from overheat.

Solution: Take out the vacuum from the pool. Turn off the power and clean the device. Remove the debris blocking the impeller movement.



Problem: Not picking up debris. No suction.

Cause: The suction mouth and impeller is clogged by debris. The filter bag is full.

Solution: Empty the filter bag. Remove the debris blocking the suction mouth and the impeller movement. Always remove large size objects and debris from the pool floor before using the vacuum.


Problem: During operation the battery display turns off, shows a solid red light or flash red/green light alternatively.

Cause: The charging port and or the pins inside the the power connector are wet.

Solution: Disconnect the battery and dry thoroughly the connectors of the unit and battery case. Ensure the pins are fully dry before connecting them back again.



Problem: The wheel detaches from the body.

Cause: Loose wheel cap. Broken wheel cap.

Solution: Fasten the wheel cap to the threaded hub of the wheel. Replace the wheel and cap.


Problem: The charging time is longer than advertised.

Cause: Wrong charger used. Stained charging pins.

Solution: Ensure the correct charger is used (Power output 25.2V - 2A). Clean the charging pins with a cotton bud soaked with vinegar or lemon juice.



Problem: The battery is not charging.

Cause: Wrong charger used. Charger is damaged. Battery is damaged.

Solution: Ensure the correct charger is used (Power output 25.2V - 2A). Purchase a replacement battery or charger.
