Troubleshooting
Problem: Stains the metal plates of the charging port. Cannot charge the vacuum.
Cause: Charging port is dirty. Poor contact with the charger.
Solution: Clean the metal parts with a cotton bud soaked with vinegar or lemon juice to remove the stains. Ensure the charger is clean and firmly connected.
Problem: Poor suction.
Cause: Suction mouth clogged, filter cage full, Filter sock installed, low battery.
Solution: Remove any debris from the suction mouth. Remove all large debris from the pool bottom before vacuuming. Empty the debris container and wash the filter cage and filter sock. Remove the filter sock for regular cleaning. Fully charge the battery.
Problem: Fine debris escape from the vacuum. Cannot catch fine debris.
Cause: Fine debris filter not installed.
Solution: Install the fine filter sock as instructed in the user manual.
Problem: The vacuum cannot turn on. Shut-off randomly. Short usage time. Not charging.
Cause: The battery is discharged. Using the incorrect charger.
Solution: Use the correct charger. Confirm the power input printed in the charger and the label in the device. Charge the battery until the light of the charger turns from red to green color. Clean the charging pin to ensure the correct contact with the charger.
