Troubleshooting

Problem: The vacuum can turn on but the impeller is not moving. Red light during operation. Stops during operation.

Cause: The impeller is blocked. The water sensor is dirty. The water sensor is not touching the water.

Solution: Put the vacuum inside the water to activate the sensor. Clean the water sensor. Remove the debris blocking the movement.



Problem: The vacuum cannot turn on. Shut-off randomly.

Cause: The battery is discharged, the water sensor is dirty, vacuum not fully fully submerged in water.

Solution: Ensure the water sensor is in contact with the water. Clean the water sensor. Charge the battery until the light of the vacuum stops blinking and shows a solid cyan color light.

Solid cyan light indicates the battery is fully charged

Problem: Short usage time. Blinking green/blue light during operation.

Cause: The battery is discharged.

Solution: Charge the battery until the light of the charger turns from red to green color. Ensure you are using the correct charger. Replace the charger.


Problem: The motor does not stop out of the water.

Cause: The continuous mode is active.

Solution: To stop the continuous mode by pressing the power button to turn it off.
